Shkula Charity Foundation was established to deliver sustainable, effective, and transparent assistance to poor, orphaned, and vulnerable members of society, and to help create opportunities for a better and dignified life.

The supporting body of Shkula Charity Foundation is the International Council of Afghan Diaspora, which provides financial, technical, and advisory support and offers practical guidance in all relevant areas.

Our Objectives

• To create opportunities for providing assistance to poor and needy individuals
• To make efforts toward job creation and employment opportunities for unemployed people
• To support orphans, vulnerable groups, and impoverished individuals and promote a culture of charity and social responsibility
• To facilitate access to education for underprivileged students in coordination with relevant institutions
• To take positive and practical steps toward medical treatment and healthcare support for needy patients
